A founder who trained the hard way
In 2019, our founder, Darian Haywood, completed his Pilot Licence training in South Africa. Like many aspiring pilots, he found the process of choosing the right flight school far more challenging than expected.
Safety, aircraft availability, training quality, scheduling flexibility, accommodation, and overall course costs were all important factors. Finding the right school required extensive research, visits to multiple flight schools, and countless conversations with instructors and students.
That experience inspired the creation of Aviadar.
Today, our goal is to help aspiring pilots avoid the same uncertainty by providing honest guidance and connecting them with carefully trusted flight schools that match their goals, budget, and career ambitions.
