1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aviadar platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Aviadar is a placement and advisory platform that connects international students with SACAA-registered flight training schools in South Africa. We provide:

• School matching and placement guidance
• Information on training programmes and costs
• Assistance with accommodation and visa queries
• Licence conversion support
• A student dashboard to track training progress

Aviadar acts as an intermediary. We are not a flight school and do not provide flight training directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using Aviadar, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all forms and communications
• Not attempt to contact partner schools directly, bypassing Aviadar's placement process
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. No Guarantee of Placement

While Aviadar makes every effort to match students with suitable schools, we cannot guarantee placement at any specific school. Final acceptance decisions rest with the partner schools and are subject to their own entry requirements, availability, and regulatory conditions.

6. Fees

Aviadar's placement and advisory service is provided at no cost to students. Any training fees, accommodation costs, or other expenses are payable directly to the relevant school or service provider and are separate from Aviadar's service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aviadar platform, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Aviadar or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aviadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of training opportunities, visa refusals, or school-related disputes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or our partner schools.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
